Albert B. Fall

Albert B. Fall served as Senator of New Mexico, associate judge of the New Mexico Supreme Court, member of the Territorial Council, Attorney General, captain of an infantry company during the Spanish-American War, and delegate for New Mexico’s constitutional convention. In 1908, Fall successfully defended the accused killer of Sheriff Pat Garrett.
