Juh (pronounced “whoa”) was the leader of the Janeros local group of the Nednhi, and he collaborated with Mangas Coloradas and Cochise in many wars against the U.S. Army. Following the execution of Mangas Coloradas, he led his band to their traditional home in the Blue Mountains of Chihuahua’s Sierra Madres.
