Timesheets and Reporting for OER Creation and Adaptation

Recording Your Work: Timesheet Do’s and Don’ts

Please Don’t:

  • Forget to log hours
  • Log project comp at the same time as other duty hours

Please Do:

  • Maintain a current log of hours spent working, outside of your CNM contracted hours, as you complete them.
  • Include a concise summary of the work you complete

Date/Time

Total Hours

Put the number of hours worked, and if you use Excel, you can insert a formula to add them up, for example:

=sum(b2:b24)

Short description of work done, for example—researched available OERs in discipline
